Beltan Consultancy was established in 2000 and provides computer training courses, website design and consultancy services for businesses across the greater Sydney area. Belinda Anderson (nee Metcalf) is the principal owner and primary software trainer.
Computer Training Courses
Our computer training courses cover Microsoft Office, Windows, and WordPress. No two courses are the same and are tailored to the needs and requirements of each client.
With over 20+ years of experience in the IT and computer training industry, we will bring enthusiasm and professionalism to each and every course. We always strive for the highest customer satisfaction.
Our trainers are Microsoft Certified in their area of training and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110). Belinda Anderson has a background in IT and Network Support and can cover all aspects of the applications she teaches including installation and customisation. Belinda is able to provide guidance on technical issues which participants may be experiencing within their job roles.
Belinda has presented at numerous conferences across Australia and has presented in both demonstration format or presentation modes to small and large groups of corporate and education audiences
Website Design
With a background in IT and HTML web design, we offer clients web design services using WordPress. WordPress now accounts for more the 34% of the internet worldwide. Our WordPress development services are offered to clients across Sydney as we work closely with you to ensure your website will meet your requirements and enhance your online presence. Web design using WordPress allows for easier access by clients to make changes ongoing and reduces our clients’ reliance on the web designer to make minor changes.
Consultancy Services
Along with computer training courses and web design, we also offer various consultancy services. Our blog site
In July 2014 we launched our blog site titled The Training Lady. The site provides free tips and tricks for using Microsoft Office and Windows. Content provided on the site is generated by questions we receive during or post-training. This provides a great free resource for our clients.
